TeamCity professional coaches combine sports training with academics, mentoring, fitness and fun. Our youth program instructors ratio of 12 students to 1 instructor.supports and works closely with teachers, school administration and other program providers.
TUTORING
The success of a kid attending college begins with education. We start our kids out with good academic habits and tutoring. Your child can advance up to a grade and a half; meaning that they either get caught up or get fueled forward. The tutoring staff and volunteers at TeamCity want each and every child in our afterschool or summer camp program to do their very best in school and have confidence going into tests, exams, as well as completing homework.
MENTORING
Sports mentors work to challenge and guide youth through sports and educational programs. Youth learn how to achieve their highest potential in all areas of life no matter what obstacles they may have. It is our goal to accomplish this by being directly involved in the lives of these kids by taking our sports and mentoring program into their neighborhoods.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Sports Specific Training Program is designed to enhance a youth’s ability to perform physically in any sport! TeamCity builds focus, concentration, self-esteem, self-discipline, and teaches listening skills. This program was developed for youth and future athlete.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE
TeamCity is the Sports Performance company to train youth athletes because of its proven success at improving sports and athletic performance. The qualified staff understands the demands of each athlete. We personally evaluate each athlete to create an individualized and group training program to reach their goals during our summer camps, after-school program, clinics and 1 on 1 sessions.
SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
TeamCity is the most comprehensive Speed & Performance training program for your child or teen. This program is instructed by some of the top Speed & Performance Coaches. Your athlete will learn proper training techniques to improve their performance and help reduce the risk of injury.
STRENGTH AND EXPLOSION TRAINING

Athletes need to work first on increasing relative body strength. This includes mastering Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Hand Walking and Rope Climbing, and move on weight lifting to name a few exercises. Athletes who can control their own bodyweight will see dramatic improvements in strength, speed, power, explosiveness, mobility and other physical attributes.

RECREATION SPORTS
TeamCity Recreation Sports program gives young and inexperienced players a solid fundamental foundation in each sport. Teams meet once per week using a combination of fundamental drills, fun contests, and controlled game play. Our goal is to expose each player to fundamentals while they learn how to enjoy and place the game.
