TeamCity Adult Sports Social Club are coed group fitness classes and recreational leagues deliver the best combination of sports, fitness and social activity. You can sign up as a free agent, with a group of friends, or as a full team. Whether you are a former athlete, that hasn’t laced up your cleats since high school, or you’re just looking for a fun and exciting way to burn some extra calories, TeamCity provides a fun, social environment that all skill levels can enjoy. Our group fitness classes and sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and connected to a sport that you love.

What is included in the membership fee? Do I need to buy equipment?

Once you are registered and paid, you are all set; we will provide all equipment, T-shirts, referees, and staff.

How long are the games?

The length of the games depends on the league. More information will be provided when registration is active.

What if I don't have my own team?

We encourage free agents to join, and actually, MOST players will join as free agents. Once you're registered, we will place you on a team.

How do I set up a team? How do I join an existing team? How do I just join with a friend(s)?

It is easy to set up a team. Once registration opens, you will be provided with a link to the registration page. Each member of your team can register individually and sign up under your team’s name. Then, each team member can pay for his or her dues individually, or the team captain can do it for the entire team.
